The usual setup
Most buildings have four vendors and nobody watching the calendar.
The fire alarm company inspects in March. The extinguisher company comes whenever they remember. Access control is handled by whoever installed the doors, and the camera system was done by an IT contractor who no longer returns calls. Then the fire marshal walks in and asks for paperwork nobody has.
We took over that entire scope so you only have to manage one relationship.

The fire alarm releases the mag locks, the intrusion system arms on the last badge-out, and a forced door bookmarks the camera clip. Four separate vendors cannot do that.
